The passenger should arrive to the airport no later than an hour before the flight.
When the passenger arrives to the VIP-lounge, the VIP-lounge employee takes the luggage, the ticket and chek-in the passenger on the flight.
The passenger is offered to stay at the VIP-lounge before the boarding announcement (25-30 minutes before the flight).
All expenses made by passengers in the VIP-lounge bar are to be paid by passengers themselves. Payments are accepted in Russian roubles. Credit cards are not accepted.
The VIP-lounge representative informs passengers about the boarding 25-30 minutes prior the departure time and escorts them to the separate bus which takes them to the aircraft.
The passenger can make an advanced order for a conference room.
The meeting person, accompanied by the VIP-lounge employee may go to the airfield if he made an order in advance.
Parking in the airport territory is paid.

- If transporting animals, please, be aware that in this case time for registration for flight is increased. Also we remind you that there is a list of goods (alcohol, tobacco products, black and red caviar etc) which is strictly limited on one person.
