The passenger should arrive to the airport no later than an hour and thirty minutes before the flight.
The late passengers are not allowed in to the VIP-lounge.
When the passenger arrives to the VIP-lounge, the VIP-lounge employee takes the luggage and the ticket for the passenger registration.
The passenger is offered to stay at the VIP-lounge before the boarding announcement (20-30 minutes before the flight).
The passenger can make an advanced order for conference room.
All expenses made by passengers in the VIP-lounge bar are to be paid by passengers themselves. Payments are accepted by credit cards or in Russian roubles.
The VIP-lounge representative informs passengers about the boarding 15-20 minutes prior the departure time and escorts them to the separate bus which takes them to the aircraft.
Parking in the airport territory is paid.

- If transporting animals, please, be aware that in this case time for registration for flight is increased. Also we remind you that there is a list of goods (alcohol, tobacco products, black and red caviar etc) which is strictly limited on one person.
