The VIP-parking is located opposite to the entrance in the VIP-lounge. In case this information is not given, the VIP-parking will be paid by the passenger extra charge.
The representative of Senator Company comes to the VIP-lounge 30-40 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and checks the presence of passengers surname in the list. After the boarding announcement a minibus is served and VIP-lounge representative goes to the airfield to meet the passenger. The VIP-lounge passengers are met at the aircraft ladder at Sheremetyevo-D Airport by the VIP-lounge employee on a VIP-bus.
The passenger should announce himself (i.e. come to our employee). If a passenger has a luggage, it is necessary to give the luggage stickers to the representative of the VIP-lounge. After all the passengers of the VIP-lounge come to the place of meeting, the whole group accompanied by a VIP-lounge employee goes to the VIP-lounge.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the transit zone independently!
A Passport Control employee takes passengers passports for the registration at the VIP-lounge entrance. If the passenger has cash currency (over 3 000 USD) or something which must be declared, he has to fill in customs declaration. A Customs Control representative could ask to put the hand luggage at X-rays.
The passenger can wait for his luggage at any convenient place at the VIP-lounge. An access to the free Moscow city telephones is offered at his service, Internet and also a wide choice of newspapers and magazines. If the passenger makes order in the VIP-lounge bar, he has to pay for it by himself.
Our representative will stay at the VIP-lounge till the passenger gets his luggage. The information about the readiness of luggage will be announced and then the luggage will be brought to the VIP-lounge. The delivery of passengers luggage to a car is not included in the VIP-lounge services cost.
A driver who is meeting the passenger should connect our representative by phone without fail. If the driver delays for some reasons he must warn our representative without fail, in order our representative inform the passenger about this.
Delivery of luggage is not included in the VIP-service.
