The representative comes to the VIP-lounge 2 hours before the flight and waits for the passenger at the reception desk at the entrance.
The passenger should come to the airport no later than 1 hour 10 minutes before the flight because check-in ends 40-50 minutes before the flight. The driver or an accompanying person should call to the representative when going to the airport or on arrival at the VIP-lounge.
The representative helps the passenger to pass through Customs control if the passenger has goods to be declared or currency in the amount to exceed 3000 USD, he fills in Customs declaration form. Customs representative inspects the luggage.
Then the passenger accompanied by the representative checks-in for the flight and register the luggage. Then the representative of the VIP-lounge returns the ticket and the luggage stickers to the passenger. The passport and the boarding card are passed to the Passport control till the boarding beginning.
The passenger takes place at the VIP-lounge and waits for the boarding announcement (30-40 minutes before departure). At the passengers services it is offered Internet, TV, a wide choice of magazines and newspapers, Moscow telephones.
Bar and restaurant services are not included in the VIP-service cost and should be paid by the passenger himself.
The boarding is announced by speakerphone at the VIP-lounge. The representative informs the passenger about boarding beginning and accompanies him to the Passport control line. The representative of Passport control passes the passport and the boarding card.
After Passport control is passed, the representative of the VIP-lounge accompanies the passenger to the special control line in case a boarding bridge is used. In case the aircraft is at the far stay the passenger is brought to the aircraft by microbus from the VIP-lounge.
Luggage delivery is not included in the cost of the VIP-service. If it is necessary we can include luggage delivery to the car in the invoice (paid extra).
