The representative comes to the VIP-lounge 30-40 minutes before the flight and waits for the passenger at the VIP-lounge. Meeting persons (no more than 3 persons) can come into the VIP-lounge: they should say the passengers second name and the flight number at the reception desk.
The representative informs the meeting persons or the driver about the flight delay or its early arrival.
In accordance with Security Service rules at Sheremetyevo airport, only the representative of the VIP-lounge has the right to pass in the transit zone.
After landing is announced the representative of the VIP-lounge meets the passengers by microbus at the aircraft or after they go out from the sleeve.
The passenger should come to the representative and name himself. If the passenger has the registered luggage, it is necessary to give the luggage stickers to the VIP-lounge representative. When all VIP-passengers come to the meeting point, the whole group accompanied by the representative goes to the VIP-lounge.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the airfield independently!
At the entrance to the VIP-lounge the passenger passes through Passport control and gives his passport for registration. Then he passes through Customs control. If the passenger has goods to be declared or currency in the amount to exceed 10,000 USD, he fills in Customs declaration form.
At the passengers service it is offered: Internet, TV, a wide choice of magazines and newspapers, Moscow telephones.
The passenger takes place in the VIP-lounge and waits for the luggage. The representative accompanies the passenger till the luggage is delivered. The luggage is delivered to the ground floor, the right side, next to Shocoladnitsa cafe (there is a sign VIP-passengers luggage).
The representative calls to the meeting person (if the contact phone number was given) before landing. In case the number was not given, the meeting person should contact the representative himself. If the meeting person is late he should inform the representative about this without fail in order he could inform the passenger.
Luggage delivery is not included in the cost of the VIP-service. If it is necessary we can include luggage delivery from the VIP-lounge to a car in the invoice (paid extra).
