  1. If the passenger orders VIP service for Departure, for what time is it better to arrive to the airport?
    It is recommended to arrive to the airport two hours before the flight time. In case of animal transportation or luggage weight exceeds the limit, it is recommended to arrive beforehand.

    Airport parking is not included in the VIP-service payment. It should be paid by a passenger by cash only.

    The passenger should cover his expenses in the VIP-lounge bar by himself by cash or by credit card. Please note that some airport do not accept some type of credit cards.

    When ordering the VIP-service every passenger gets a printed confirmation list with contact telephone numbers. Our 24-hours passenger help desk is always for your convenience.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to return to the VIP-lounge if a passenger missed the VIP-lounge representative. It is strictly forbidden by the airport rules. The passenger should search for our representative at the exit of the common hall. Our representative will help a passenger to find his driver and accompany him to the car.

    Luggage delivery is not included in the VIP-service payment. It should be paid by a passenger by cash only.

    In case of being late for the flight, it is necessary to contact your VIP-service coordinator and aware him. Your coordinator will try to organize the checking in procedure in the common hall. All contact telephone numbers are provided when the service is ordered.

    The number of accompanying people should not exceed 5 persons. No weapons are allowed to be taken to the VIP-lounge

    In case animal transportation a passenger should have all necessary documents which allow to export or import an animal. The passenger taking an animal weighting more than 3 kilograms should pay some fees for an extra weigh (luggage) to be taken on board.
